This is our Tournament of Champions, and is only open to teams who have placed 1st gross, or 1st or 2nd net in any of the 2025 CAGD tournaments. You will be playing the at the beautiful Corte Bella Country Club in Sun City West, AZ.

Important Registration & Payment Information

  • To play in this tournament your team must have placed 1st gross, or 1st or 2nd net in one of the 2025 CAGD tournaments.
  • Entries will be accepted via regular US mail.
  • Mail your entry form and ONE check for the full amount of the two-person entry, payable to CAGD.
  • Entries received prior to the first day of the Registration Period will be DISCARDED. (Sender will be notified).
  • All late entries will be DISCARDED. (Sender will be notified).
  • All entries will be processed after the last day of Registration.
  • If at the end of the Registration Period, we have received more entries than spots available, a random drawing will determine which teams are placed on the waiting list. (Wait list teams will be notified.)

How to become a Member

Members not associated with a club that submits members automatically, use this form to join CAGD. The annual fee is $8. Mail the form and check to the Membership Chair noted on the form.
